Fall Youth Program Starting August 30!

Please join us for our six-week kids’ after-school program, starting Monday, August 30! This strength and conditioning program will help young athletes improve their speed, agility, and strength with a variety of functional exercises geared specifically for junior athletes who participate in any sport.

The program runs Monday, Wednesday, and Friday OR Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday and includes a functional movement screen for each participant. Sign up now at FIT 360, or send us an email with any questions!
