NEW MESA FITNESS CENTER OFFERS AFFORDABLE EXERCISE TRAINING

f.i.t. 360 is a new fitness center now open in east Mesa, offering an innovative approach to training that combines all the positive attributes of one-on-one personal training at a very affordable price. What makes their system different? It’s called “results based fitness training” — exercise programs designed according to your goals, utilizing proven exercise methods, frequencies, intensity, and variations. Instead of just “working out,” you train specifically to achieve measurable results.

As a member, you will have a clearly defined training program to follow that was created by a team of certified personal trainers each day. Unlike the impersonal atmosphere at a large, franchise membership gym, you don’t just repeat workouts and wonder when you actually achieve your goals.Your fitness will be assessed, and then regularly measured and tested approximately every 12 weeks. The trainers then provide you with a specific exercise plan of action. You will be coached according to your needs. This will ensure that you’re training correctly, avoiding injury, overtraining, and speed your progress in achieving your health and fitness goals.

Members at f.i.t. 360 will sign up for regular training times, but also have access to unlimited training hours. Each session is guided by a certified personal trainer to help you successfully complete each day’s program while keeping the session fun and focused.
