How to identify your weakest link

FIT360 utilizes the FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT SCREEN to evaluate movement pattern quality.  The FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT SCREEN is a series of simple tests (7 fundamental movement patterns) that require a balance of mobility and stability. weakest link

This movement based assessment will pinpoint functional deficits related to

proprioceptive, mobility and stability weaknesses.  If these risk factors can be

identified and addressed utilizing the FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT SCREEN, then

decreases in injuries and improved performance should follow.

Fall Youth Program Starting August 30!

Please join us for our six-week kids’ after-school program, starting Monday, August 30! This strength and conditioning program will help young athletes improve their speed, agility, and strength with a variety of functional exercises geared specifically for junior athletes who participate in any sport.

The program runs Monday, Wednesday, and Friday OR Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday and includes a functional movement screen for each participant. Sign up now at FIT 360, or send us an email with any questions!
