FIT360 utilizes the FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT SCREEN to evaluate movement pattern quality. The FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT SCREEN is a series of simple tests (7 fundamental movement patterns) that require a balance of mobility and stability. 
This movement based assessment will pinpoint functional deficits related to
proprioceptive, mobility and stability weaknesses. If these risk factors can be
identified and addressed utilizing the FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT SCREEN, then
decreases in injuries and improved performance should follow.

Please join us for our six-week kids’ after-school program, starting Monday, August 30! This strength and conditioning program will help young athletes improve their speed, agility, and strength with a variety of functional exercises geared specifically for junior athletes who participate in any sport.
